central location soundproof room helpful staff plentiful breakfast
the hotel had a perfect central location on the famous pedestrian street. i could not hear any noise from outside, the rooms are well soundproofed. the staff was really nice and helpful. the breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices.
the room was a bit smaller than expected.

the breakfast offered a lot of choices. it was easy to find something i liked, and everything seemed fresh. i especially liked the variety of pastries available.

the location is very central, very close to many tourist attractions. the room included air conditioning, a bonus during a particularly hot week. the hotel is situated on a pedestrian area.

the receptionists were friendly and helpful, they really enhanced my stay. they were able to provide additional services on request like an iron (which was helpful). i found them very responsive.

amazing staff helpful staff excellent location controllable airco partially opened window elevator sound disturbing noise
the location is excelent so i could reach everything on foot. the staff were amazing and very helpful to me . the airco in my room can be switched on and off so i could control the temperature. it was good to reach it from the airport by bus.
my room was inside the building and the windows couldn't fully open they only opened a little. i heard the elevator all the time and it disturbed me. i could hardly sleep because of the elevator sounds. next time i will consider other hotels.

the staff was helpful. the location was central.
I found that my room didn't have a proper window. It opened onto an internal, enclosed space near the elevator shaft. Natural light was scarce, and the elevator noise was bothersome.

central location helpful staff early check-in lift noise limited privacy lack natural light
the hotel location is central and great. it is near the shopping area. i saved money on taxis and transport since everything was nearby. the staff checked me in early because a room was available and i had an early flight.
the lift noise was audible and disruptive at night. this meant i didn't sleep very well. the room faced the lift, so anyone could see inside. i kept the curtains closed for privacy, which blocked natural light.

helpful staff adequate room decent breakfast
the staff was helpful, assisting with luggage since there were confined spaces. my room, a double or twin room, was adequately sized, the bathroom was also a good size. breakfast had a decent selection, it took a bit to adjust the coffee to my preferred strength.
