the hotel had a perfect central location on the famous pedestrian street. i could not hear any noise from outside, the rooms are well soundproofed. the staff was really nice and helpful. the breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices.
the room was a bit smaller than expected.

the location is very central, very close to many tourist attractions. the room included air conditioning, a bonus during a particularly hot week. the hotel is situated on a pedestrian area.

the receptionists were friendly and helpful, they really enhanced my stay. they were able to provide additional services on request like an iron (which was helpful). i found them very responsive.

the location is excelent so i could reach everything on foot. the staff were amazing and very helpful to me . the airco in my room can be switched on and off so i could control the temperature. it was good to reach it from the airport by bus.
my room was inside the building and the windows couldn't fully open they only opened a little. i heard the elevator all the time and it disturbed me. i could hardly sleep because of the elevator sounds. next time i will consider other hotels.

I found that my room didn't have a proper window. It opened onto an internal, enclosed space near the elevator shaft. Natural light was scarce, and the elevator noise was bothersome.

the hotel location is central and great. it is near the shopping area. i saved money on taxis and transport since everything was nearby. the staff checked me in early because a room was available and i had an early flight.
the lift noise was audible and disruptive at night. this meant i didn't sleep very well. the room faced the lift, so anyone could see inside. i kept the curtains closed for privacy, which blocked natural light.

the staff was helpful, assisting with luggage since there were confined spaces. my room, a double or twin room, was adequately sized, the bathroom was also a good size. breakfast had a decent selection, it took a bit to adjust the coffee to my preferred strength.
